a totaled loss at some point, and now a days 9 out of 10 people do a carfax on a car before they purchases it. So if your thoughts are to sell the car one day down the road with a good/clean title all they would have to do is pull a carfax and you would be in alot of shit for fraud. On a better note, you know the car's issue, why not play by the rules and get it inspected. Its not like it takes all day, hell most cases like 15-30 minutes and your done, so moving state to state, your not doing it every night so whats the point? Just get the damn thing inspected. Not a big deal. Unless the work to make it legal was done half ass and your paying someone to just pass the damn thing so you can get it back on the road, then it might be a problem.
